Privacy Policy

Last updated October 22, 2026. NovaTech Ads is run by Jonathan Flores in Redondo Beach, CA ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect, why, and how to get it deleted.

What we collect from you

• When you ask for a call: the name, business, trade, phone, email and notes you send us.
• When you become a client: billing contact details and what's needed to set up your service (business info, service areas, logins you choose to share with us).
• Website basics: our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your customers' information (for clients)

When we run missed-call text-back, booking or billing for your shop, we handle your customers' phone numbers, names, addresses and messages on your behalf. We use it only to provide the service to you, never sell it, and never use it to market anything of our own. You can ask for an export or deletion at any time.

How we use it

To reply to you, provide and bill for the service, keep things secure, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run the service, such as Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (email) and the texting provider used for your account. They may only use it to provide their service.

How long we keep it

Call requests: up to 12 months if you don't become a client. Client records: while you're a client and up to 3 years after, for tax and business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner where the law allows.

Delete or see your information

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my information" and the phone number or email you used. We'll confirm within 10 business days and finish within 45 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Texts

If you get a text from a shop we work for, reply STOP to stop texts from that number. Replying HELP gets you contact info.

Children

This service is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Big changes will be emailed to clients.
