Refund Policy

Last updated October 22, 2026. Plain and simple:

Setup fee

• Before we start work: full refund.
• After we start, before your service goes live: we refund whatever part of the setup fee hasn't been earned, based on the work done so far, and tell you how we figured it.
• After it's live: the setup fee isn't refundable, because the work is done. If something we built doesn't work as described, we fix it at no charge.

Monthly fee

• Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
• We don't prorate partial months, but your service keeps running until the end of the month you paid for.
• If the service was down for more than 3 days in a month because of us, we credit that month.

Ad spend

Money you pay Google or Meta for ads goes to them, not us, so it's covered by their policies.

Email [email protected]. We reply within 5 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
