Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026. These terms cover services from NovaTech Ads, run by Jonathan Flores in Redondo Beach, CA. By paying a setup fee or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
We set up and run the plan you choose, as listed on our pricing. Anything outside that plan gets quoted in writing first.
Payment
- The setup fee is paid before work starts. Monthly fees are billed in advance each month, starting when your service goes live.
- No contracts. Cancel anytime by email before your next billing date; you won't be charged again.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before a change takes effect.
- Ad spend for Google or Meta is paid by you directly to them.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Your part
- Give us accurate business info and the access we need to set things up.
- Only have us text people who contacted your business, or who agreed to get texts from you. You're responsible for the content you ask us to send and for following the law (including the TCPA and carrier rules).
- Don't use the service for anything illegal, harassing or misleading.
What you own
You own your domain, your business content, your customer list and, once fees are paid, the website we build for you. We keep our own tools and code and can reuse general know-how.
Our promise and its limits
We'll do the work carefully and fix problems quickly. But phones, carriers, and the internet sometimes fail, and we can't promise any number of calls, leads or jobs. The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending service
Either of us can end service with notice by email. We may suspend service for unpaid bills or misuse. When service ends, we turn off texting and give you an export of your leads and your website files.
Disputes
California law applies. Let's try to work it out by talking first; if we can't, disputes go to the courts of Los Angeles County.
